In call volume i have on 100% and i still find it very hard to hear. also when i put it on speaker phone i can barly even hear the person talking..

Anyway to fix this or do i have to wait for rogers to bring out the software update... in 1000 years.

Personally I can hear people just fine - usually - sometimes the person on the other side is talking too low or has an issue with their phone - it's not always just you.

On the other hand, I always have a hard time hearing when I'm in a noisy environment but I'm not sure it was much better on my 9000.
