I have been having the same problem. I found that taking the battery out "fixes" the prob for awhile but I don't just want a bandaid. Any thoughts?

As far as I know the battery pull is the only fix. It has to do with the OS but I don't know which OS will not do this. Mine started doing it right after I upgraded to 526.

Just update to .600; it's an amazing build, and the missing word issue is long gone (since a couple leaks ago).

This problem is only on .526 and .534. Upgrading to any higher version number OS fixes it.

I had the problem on 246 and I HAVE the problem on 534. I just do a soft restart and it sorts itself out.

I find its a small inconvenience as it only happens under heavy browser use over a few days to a week.

Some people didn't experience this on .526 (or .534) for some reason. But it was well documented here, or at least in the leak threads. The problem disappeared after those builds, so anyone complaining about it now should really upgrade to .600.

I just updated my torch and the missing words was fixed but while I was updating, I got a Error 507 message on the phone.. anyone know why that message came up?

What are you trying to access when you see the error message?

Something went wrong during the upgrade. Error 507 means that no OS is on your device. You will need to reload the OS.

Nothing went wrong. He said that he saw the Error 507 message while upgrading, which is normal -- the old OS is wiped during the upgrade process, resulting in a brief display of the Error 507 message, then the new OS is loaded.
