    hello gang, i have a problems with my blackberry 9800 my alerts led won't work all the notifiaction led is on and theres only a little signs flash(see the pictures) on my front corner screen appears at the place off the led any answer thank you ..Attachment 103608

    and when i receive new message or anything the screen won't open alone to show me i have a new message or anything i need help please ?!!

    Do you mean the arrow ? that's your data coming in/out of your phone

    Did you try a battery pull ? what os version do you have ? (you can find that under Options Device About device versin.

    so the os is 6.0 bundle2647(v6.0.0.600.platform 6.6.0.223) he run pretty good but i don't have any notification alerts only the ringtone when i receive new things(sms,instant message or anything like that) the screen don't open the led don't flash and i have only the english language for the device its annoying im am not able to reboot all the settings like factory brand new all the things ive download stay on the device and they stay the same like before reboot very confused ???
