not sure what happened the first time I clicked the link, but as John stated it's just the latest "official" version from AT&T, which is .526. Look at the application version not the package version.

Going to AT&T software page, and selecting the 9800, I get package 6.0.0.2342, app version 6.0.0.526 at the top of the list.

246, and even the initial 141 is down at the bottom of the list, so you can still get them. Maybe that's what the OP is finding?
