    Hi

    I'm having trouble setting up my e-mail. I was away from the UK for a month and during that time, I was using another SIM card, but when I returned to the UK and inserted my UK SIM card, I couldn't set up my e-mail. Any idea what the problem is anyone? Thank you!!

    did you have BIS set up on the other carrier? If so you need to release the PIN and reassociate it with the UK BIS

    I am also having email setup issues here on AT&T in California. Message said to contact my carrier. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the .600 update.

    It shouldn't have anything to do with the AT&T .600 update, at least for me when I upgraded thru AT&T. However, I'm thinking that if you're getting that mesasge, you should call AT&T CS and have them check to make sure all settings are correct. Customer Care 800-331-0500. After hours number is 866-801-3600.

    Thanks for the info I too am having the same issue when I upgraded to 600. It will not allow me to update my passwords and when I go to set up it freezes my 9800.
