If i had an unlocked AT&T blackberry torch and put a 3G UK Orange SIM into it, would everything work ok? Including the Blackberry Internet Service?

It will work just fine. I've had an unlocked AT&T Torch on T-Mobile UK for nearly 3 months without problems and they don't even sell the Torch.
