About two days ago my BIS connection stopped working on my home network. I am in the USA so I need the BIS over WIFI. The strange thing is when I shut down roaming at home it is saying no connection if I open the servicestatus. The browser and other things that need WIFI do work.

Besides of that, when I go to work and use it there over WIFI it is working? I didn't change anything to my WIFI connection at home?

I doubt it's a 9800-specific problem. Click over to the Service Outages forum, there seem to be issues connecting with BIS servers in Europe and Asia.
