Hi,
A strange thing has happened the last two times I charged my BB. I usually plug it to charge when I go to bed, I also use it as an alarm clock.
The phone works fine, the alarm clock works, but the problem is when I unplug it the keyboard doesn't work, neither do the 'send' button, end call button, 'back' button, blackberry button, or track pad (ball), the touch screen works fine.
The button on top to block the screen works fine.

I have to pull the battery from the phone to make everything work again.
Any one has any idea of what may be happening?

Sounds like your phone may have gotten wet? Seeing as a BP fixes it, I don't think this is the issue

If it only happens when charging, I would reload the OS and see if that clears it up. If not, sorry to say but, you may have a faulty device.

No, it hasn't gotten wet. I'll try to reload the OS again and see if that works. Thanks
