    hi!


    If anyone have had this problem and have a solution. My keypad after a while have stopped lighting up! and sometimes screen keypad is not enough..

    Maybe it is a hardware problem.. Never happened to mine tho try to do a battery pull and if it keypad light still not on check with your service provider

    mine has problem with the light for the power and back button. since both are under one plate, when the light is out, it takes two of these together.

    try to go to AT&T store and see if they are willing to swap a new one for you.
