I just recently update my 9800 to the 6.0.0.576 OS and for some reason when I use navigation apps the backlight doesn't stay on like it used to. It will timeout in same amount of time as my normal backlight settings. Has anyone else noticed this?

My Maps blank out but Traffic does not as long as it's currently navigating to some location.
I don't recall their behavior prior to my .286 -> .526 update since I use a Garmin.
Maybe you can try uninstalling and reinstalling. There's an application security setting that resets the security timer. You can typically set it for specific applications but I don't see the option available for either of these.
