My Blackberry Torch automatically refreshes emails as they come. I'd like to save some battery life. Is there a way to refresh emails every 1 hour, instead?

    Thank you!

In other words, if you don't get emails for 6 hours at a time, you are already saving the battery from it not polling those 6 times. I couldn't imagine getting my email an agoie delayed....the info could be already old for my day to day job activities.
