    Do a battery pull. does the boot up screen also looks distorted in the SAME way? if yes then i'm sorry to say.....that the screen contacts are broken and it's a hardware problem.

    if it isn't the case, do an OS reinstall.

    do a bsak wipe and if you get a clean error 507 screen, then proceed with the os installation. Otherwise, bye bye torch!!!!
