My wife's 9800 will not charge. she has had the phone for about 3 weeks no problems. I have even tried using my 9700 charger and the phone just wont recognize it.

Any suggestions, battery pull has been done.

this is probaly a bit of a stretch,but did you try reloading the os......or another battery

Dont have another torch battery to try. I have not upgraded to the leaked OS so shouldn't be any problems there. When i plug it into computer via USB the computer recognizes the phone and i chose charge only.

Im not getting the charging lighting bolt though and the battery meter doesnt move at all.

Take it back to a store. They will swap the battery. You can test charging it while in the store and if necessary swap the device.
