today,my 9800 display the X SOS symbol in the top right hand side of the screen,9800 was synchronizing with PC at that time.when i reboot 9800,the ISP name appear in the screen,the phone placed the desk all the while.

so the issue is the sim isn't working anymore? get your carrier to do a sim swap. if thats not what you're referring to, i have no idea what it is.... you could do a master reset or go back to an older backup?
