    Is this your first time synching? What OS is your phone using?

    Are you synching mail? Contacts? Calendar? Media?

    Does USB Mode work?

    This is not the first time synching. My phone is on OS 6.0.

    I am synching Contacts and Calendar details.

    If I remember correctly a certain version of DM 7 has known bug with regard to synching....some have reverted DM 6 until it is sorted out.
