I'm only 10 months into my contract so I bought a 9800 for full retail and took it back before .246(?) came out. I liked it, but I didn't $499 like it, savvy? Anyhoo, I called up AT&T today for fits and giggles and asked about early upgrades. I did not expect them to offer me one for $230 but, they did. So I did Should be here midweek
Point of my post? If you're on AT&T and want the Torch but you don't think you're upgrade eligible, call'em up! You may be pleasantly surprised
