Did you do an OTA download of the theme? It should be in your applications on the desktop manager.

Someone can correct me if this is not right,
but couldn't you just open DM and use the Switch Device wizard?

    Hi LZ, things are:
    1. Backup file
*.ipd only contains internal information, saved messages, saved service books, ringtones and pictures stored in default media directory and doesn't backup any theme because themes are isolated *.cod files (installation needed files). The only way to extract *.cod programs is use tools based on javaloader. I'm not sure if the DOS interface operated javaloader itself contain any extracting function, but I do have a tool can do that job. Winloader, tip-top handy tool for install and EXTRACT files, see http://bbs.maxpda.com/wap/index.php?action=thread&tid=74444&sid=FcISGR
The problem is it's a full Chinese language tool, I'm not sure if you speak Chinese.
