    I downloaded the Box app, which is actually just a link to a webpage. When I try to upload a video, I get the following error:

    Upload Rate Limit Exceeded

    How can I find out if the error is coming from the Box website, or my phone?

    Try it over WiFi.

    I was just assuming that it was using Wi-Fi because I'm at home, within my home network. Any way, I've tried both Wi-Fi and the mobile network (by turning the other off), but I still have the same problem.

    I wish there was a way of finding out what the "Upload Rate Limit" was, and who is setting it.

    I just wanted you to try over WiFi so we could find out if it was network related. Now we know it's app related I guess.
