Slacker for some reason keeps saying that is unabled to connect to the internet, that I need a blackberry data plan or wifi connection for it to work but I got the 69.99 any mobile, anytime plan and it includes all that, what could be causing this?

Two things you should do:
Upgrade to the latest version of slacker, by visiting m.slacker.com
i did that and it still does the same thing, it will works when you first log in after a reboot but after you leave and then you come back to it later it keeps saying unable to connect to the internet, that I must have a blackberry data plan (which I do) or a Wi-Fi connection (Don't Have Wi-Fi)
