Hello there I recently downloaded Tether (Download Link)
then the trial expired so I downloaded PDAnet ( Download Link)
And I was wondering is there any way for me to host a server with any software.

Like port forwarding, or I seen this thing online where you can use a software for a "Virtual" Port forwarding.

(A application like hamachi but better.)

I'm running Windows 7 64bit by the way if you can help.
