My external screen is always lit up! It doesn't dim and then fade. Anyone know how to correct this?

oh and also when it is charging it also doesn't dim either, which stinks because when I need to use the alarm and I have it right beside me, it is dang bright! How do I change that?

Click on the clock app and select options. There are two things you'll want to select. Up near the top, there's an option to do nothing, display clock, or enter bedside mode. Select "Do Nothing". Then scroll all the way down to the Bedside Mode section of the options and click the "dim screen" box so it is checked. That should do it for you.

Thank you for that post. My outer lcd was not turning off. I changed the first option you said and that fixed it. The second was already selected.
