I'm not able to scroll up and down, through text message conversations. It's almost like my track pad quits working. I'm on my second phone due to this problem! I've had 3 hard resets performed by cell phone carrier and I've done several "battery pulls" and nothing seems to work.
Please provide feeback and suggestions. Need to know if I have to return this phone or if multiple people are having this same issue.
