Go into the OPTIONS menu and select PHONE OPTIONS.

    Its in there.

The other way to find it is hit the call button.

Press the blackberry button and select options.

Takes you to the same menu.

    Simples.

Your carrier needs to program it for you. That's what the manual says......

For the people who say that they have call forwarding in options... What OS are you using? I have nothing, and I'm on .517

On Verizon we just call *72 plus the 10 digit number to receive the calls.

    To cancel dial *73

If you forward to a particular phone often (like your desk) just use a speed dial button.
Bingo. The feature seems to be carrier specific. We have Sprint 9630's at work, and the "Call forwarding" option is under the phone options, but with my personal Verizon S2, have to do the *72 bit. Not a big deal really, just 2 different ways of doing it. I'd contact your carrier if you can't figure out how to get it to work.

Does it cost an extra fee per carrier to have your mobile phone transferred to another number?

It doesn't cost anything on Verizon. But, I do think it charges air time. That doesn't matter if you are unlimited. I use it when charging at my office desk (transfer to office phone) and mowing the lawn (transfer to house).
