That was hilarious. I was waiting for him to allude that he was making an analogy but he sure didn't.
He's apparently since issued a press release claiming that it was a metaphor, but I honestly find that hard to believe. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, though, because I tremble to think that a congressman could be that stupid. But, then again...
