I ordered the full body Zagg for my Storm last week on the 11th. I just now got a shipping confirmation number, with an attached UPS number and UPS does not have that in their system at all.

So... 9 days to wait for them to even get a number... now '2-6 days' for the IS? Thinking I should have gone with ghost armor.

Anyone else having issues?

Should I jump ship to GA?

i went with GA but just as a general on tracking #s with UPS usually take 24 hours to be found in their system so I'd try back in a day or so.

I did the same. Ordered it on the 11th because I felt that was more than enough time for the IS to get here by tomorrow. Didn't get a shipping confirmation email until today. Tracking number isn't in the system. It's going to show up next week while I'm out of town. I live in an apartment complex so hopefully no one will feel the urge to take a random package.

Did you select the FREE shipping? If so, it will take awhile. Mine two almost two weeks. On the other hand, my brothers, for his G1, took 5-6 days and he had it in hand.

Nope. I paid $8 for shipping because I didn't want to risk it with the free shipping.

Same here, ordered on 16 nothing did not get any messages from them even with order confirmation. But CC charged.

I choose Free Shipping.

Same here. I paid 7.44 for shipping. I think 9 days is a crazy number of days to wait just to have them get it to UPS. Now my precious will be exposed!! Now I am contacting GA to see how fast I can actually get a product that they sell.

I too paid the $7.44 extra for shipping last Tuesday, my card was charged, but no shipping confirmation......

same thing happened to me, I put the order in Saturday the 8th...and I just got an email from ZAGG with the shipping # at 12:01 AM today, the 20th!!!...I'm thinking they began selling this item without even having them on hand...knowing they'd have the product once it became availabe in the states...which is honestly pretty ridiculous...I didn't even know about Ghost Armor until a couple days ago...
