yes, that is a standard message. I even got it on my Voyager when I had the unlimited everything plan.
i think it's just a standard disclaimer so someone who goes there and doesn't have unlimited data doesn't get surprised by their bill.
bb plans vary by provider and what plan you choose to get - some people don't buy data at all.
Yeah, YouTube doesn't have the ability to detect what plan you have from Verizon. They just put it up there so they don't have to deal with boatloads of angry emails from people who rack up huge phone bills because they can't be bothered to figure out the details of their own billing.
Some people only have a 10 mb plan so it's a warning to them. Or some....don't have a data plan at all!

You are correct. I recomend to anyone getting a BB to get an unlimited data plan, BlackBerry's burn through data...:cool:
