I used my bb all day today without charging it and I put it on the charging about an hour ago it was down to 20% but now its taking a long time to charge! Is this normal? or is it just becuase I let the battery get down to 20% this is the first time its gotten that low!

yes this is normal. i think cause it happened to me. when you run your battery down to where the phones radio get turns off. i suggest that you do a full battery charge. its also known to as "battery conditioning". it will take some time for it to fully charge. but like i mentioned, it happened to me and it took a while to charge

I will use mine all day long and when I got to bed it is normally around 30 or less and I let it charge until I wake up which is anywhere between 6:30 - 9 A.M.

how long has your phone been at 20%? do you have it charging? is there a bolt on the battery sign saying that its charging?

yes there is a bolt but I there was really something wrong with it I did a battery pull and now its charging and actually moving idk what it was anyone else?

I have mine at standby for about 6 hours, then some medium use for about 3. I place it on the charger with about a 15% decrease and by morning its up.

I run my storm for 2 days on moderate use and it runs down to 5-10%. I power off with the end button, plug in wall charger and it takes 4.5 hours until the LED is solid green and charging is complete.

What is "battery conditioning" ??? I charge for 7 hours each night, is "battery conditioning" still required ? thanks

i got mine today, i bought it at about 11:30-12, brought it home, played with it until it died, then started charging at about 1-1:30. and its up to 95%, seems like its taking an awful long time to charge.

Mine seems to take a long time to charge as well. And I don't take mine off the charger until the lighting bolts goes away. Last night I put the phone on the charger at 12am, the battery had 85%. I woke up at 6am and it still had the lighting bolt. When I left around 7:15 the bolt was gone. It just seems like its taking way to long to charge.
