YOu MAIL Problen ON the Storm9530 (tmobile)

when i'm pointing my voice mail to YOU MAIL and I dial the (*004*XXXXXXXXXXX#) number it gives me this error
=supplementary service error:call barred.
anyone? can Help?

I would suggest that you call T-Mobile, give them the number for YouMail and have them forward it from their end.
