I know that alot of people are having problems with random resets, but i was wandaring how wide spread it actualy is.

I'm having them atleast once a day that i notice.

please respond with when it is rebooting. I.E. using certain programs, taking out of sleep mode, ect...

had it since last week, never had it reboot randomly. However i am very anal about closing the apps i am not using at a time. The phone;s performance seems to be correlated to amount of stuff open at a time.

I got them with .65, it lessened with 75, and with .83, I have only had 1.

I have never had it reboot. I am also very anal about closing the apps. I did not do the leaked update. Only because I did not want to screw up since I am not tech savvy enough yet...lol...it's my first Blackberry and I am in the process of learning a boatload of info!

Mine has never experienced a random reboot. Only freezes occasionally with video.

same here...i may go back to .76 if it happens too much more. it's starting to get irritating

With .83 I am having 1 or 2 a day now. All happening when I am taking the storm out of the pouch. Before that I had maybe 4 or 5 total between the other os versions.
My media card error seems to have disappeared since enabling "mass storage when connected" option. Maybe just a coincidence??

Mine is rebooting about once a week or so with 0.75 - usually happens when I am typing in Portrait mode and hit the !?123 key. It flashes a device error code briefly, but never for long enough that I can catch what it is.

Old phone was getting 3 to 6 a day with.65, .75, .83. Replacement phone never gave me the first reboot with .75, but with.83 I was getting a couple a day. I went back to .75 this morning and all has been good so far.

Thing is, how do you know if you never had one? Mine did it while idle a few times. I just happened to take the phone out of my pocket and to my surprise, it was rebooting. The boot takes about 3 minutes. So unless you are constantly watching the phone, it could reboot and you have no idea it is.

Mine has rebooted randomly about 1-2 times a week. Last week was bad 4 times on Friday and once was back to back just clicking on Unlock.
