    I just got an email from my yahoo account stating "please enable SSL" in order to keep receiving my mail. How do I do that on the Storm?

    Make sure you are adding the account in BIS

    I would log into your bis account right on the website

    https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw


    and make sure the account is verified and all that good jazz...


    This could be the problem.

    If it isn't verified you will see a line through a notepad to the left of the email address.

    click it to verify...


    If you do not have a account that is accessed through the bis website simply create one.
