    I called in for a replacement device last night and it was at my doorstep this morning. They sent me an entirely new device in the box with all the included accessories. No issues with clicking around the corners on this one. I definetly recommend calling Verizon and asking for a replacement if you have hardware issues.

    It's not the newest revision. I may just be lucky to get a unit that works fine. It was made in Canada.

    i ordered one replacement phone and i opened up a new account with one and whichever one i like out of the 3 ill keep, ordered both yesterday, have tracking info on both says 12/5 on replacement 12/8 on the new order WooT

    I don't know where they are getting the phones from but it was overnighted to me. When you call, have patience. I was on the phone for about two hours with the tech.

    my neighbor called in about his phone to 5 different tech's each told him he wont get it shipped until the 15th and he said that his neighbor (me) was told differently, they all just blew it off and said they dont know where im getting my info heh, but who has tracking info and who doesnt cant wait to see him today =D

    this is BS all these DAM threads about how i order a replacement and got it 24 hours later... IVe been sitting here waiting since release day for my STORM and every time i call i get between the 8th and 15th WTFO

    I was at the store on sunday with a dead Storm.. I managed to get it back, no help from the store though! lol.. my replacement arrived yesterday and had the same 19xxxx hardware. clicking is MUCH better though.

    I was told by the Tech at the store that phones for people with issues come from a different allotment than new orders.

    Cause overnight delivery for FedEx cuts off at 5 pm.
    Ended call with VZW around 1745. FedEx guy told me it came from Texas. So it was either 1645 or 1545 over there local time. So it's definetly possible.
