Hey what's up? I need your thoughts on something. I have a bold 9650 and I love it. My friend is selling his storm 2 great condition for 125. I'm really thinking of buying it but my question is. Do you think its a waste of money or could I be able to have some fun with this thing.

I just bought one for $150 as an upgrade from my Storm 9530 (which I sold for $120) and am happy with it. It's a little bit more sluggish than my 9530, which was surprising. Either way, I think $125 is a great price and a safe bet. You could always flip it on eBay or craigslist for at least $200.
That's what I was thinking. I think I'm going to get it just because it looks like a nice phone and ill be able to switch between the bold and the storm.

Of course it is. Upgrade price will be under $100 for those with contracts coming due soon.
Just like all phones, it's value goes down as new and better models hit the market.
Erm.... its not upgrade price... its just normal selling. ;)
Yeah, I would never buy one on contract right now. But getting one off-contract with the option to unlock and re-sell makes $120-$150 a really good deal.
