my best score is 46,761 on level 74. i crapped out with 774 out of 780.
best bonus is 42 for 1017.
best word is juxtapositions 198pts.

I am completely shocked that no one in this thread mentioned the word "Teachings", its only worth 70 points but its awesome for the early levels. In fact I just started a game and each of the first 3 levels I only used teachings for instant wins.

When I googled wordmole I figured the highest anyone had achieved would probably be maybe 20,000 but this thread totally blew that notion out of the water.

My highest is 5500 - hold of the jealousy.. please...

But I am trying right now again with all the great words in that list a couple pages back. I can't remember what the word was, but the most points I ever got was I think 170. So those 200+ words own.

My high score is 45,131. I was one word away from completing level 70 to do this. Maybe 714 out of 740 points. Which also cost me another 1000 from the bonus round. So I should be at least 46,160, plus whatever I got on level 71+. Oh well. You can get a lot higher points by having a handful of words you constantly look for. Anything with qu is great, most common being questioning, but sometimes questionnaire and quarterbacking work and are worth 180, 208 points before any bonus points. I also like shouldering and thankfully. Both come up really often. And the other thing is play with no other programs open. Everything comes up quicker, and really helps in the bonus rounds. My high on this BlackBerry is 45 fruits and 1117 points but I did get 47 a few times on an old BlackBerry. Again, this only sounds really high because in the higher levels the fruits are worth considerably more.

I have only been playing for a couple of weeks and I too am frustrated with limited dictionary. I often find that squirrels is my go to word 70 pts. Best word is switchblade at 117 pts. High score is 2770. I guess I have a little work to do.

I'm at a high of 12,359. My best word ever was 148 (probably questioning with a few vegetables).

I go for the longer words on the lower levels and then when I get up into the levels about 6k points (the 20s) I start concentrating on short words with vegetables. You just can't have any down time. It doesn't matter if you get a bunch of 4 letter words, but you CAN NOT have dead time or you're screwed. And you have to get all the bonuses (clock, et al) that come available. Those are key.

As if I'm not wasting enough time addicted to Word Mole, now I'm trolling Crackberry and posting about it. Wonderful.

I am a Bold user. High score (today) is 8,258...level 17 or 18, I think? When I submit my high score, it ranks me #5,331. Help me here: I reach new levels of INSANE just trying to get 8,000 points on the Bold! Are there really 5,330 people out there even worse off than I am...or do Bold users share the leaderboard with the Storm?

Would love folks to chime in, but I think it has to be pretty uncommon to get much higher than 10K on the Bold... I hope so anyway, because I've told myself I can quit if I ever reach it. Bold users? Anyone?


P.S. Best word so far is UNQUESTIONABLY for 192 points. I highly recommend it.

My high score ended up being 13,892. Did not take note of the level, although last I remember seeing was 38 or 39.

Fwiw, I was ranked 1,721 when I submitted that score, so there are still 1,720 people crazier than me, which I take comfort in. ;-)
