I have been reading many of the threads for the last several days about the new OS. I would like to hear from BB Users who have had .132 and upgraded to .148. Do you notice a lot of difference? Is it worth the upgrade? I see so many problems with .148 that I am hesitating to upgrade as my .132 has been working just fine for me. What are the noticeable differences from .132 and .148.

    Thanks for any responses.

I find battery life on .148 to be horrible for me. .132 was bad, too, but not quite as bad as .148.

A little light reading until others chime in (mostly deal with the leaked .148 but, as you know, the leaked and official are the exact same thing):

If .132 works well for you then don't upgrade. I wish I would have listened to my own advice. I went from .132 to .148 and the battery is killing me. With moderate phone, e-mail, and text usage per day I get about 6 hours to a charge, 8 if I'm lucky. I haven't had any other "problems" but the battery is a big deal. The memory leak issue is slightly better on .148 but that never was a big problem for me and I run 2 themes and a ton of apps. My advice: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. .148 is the OFFICIAL but it doesn't mean it's the BEST.

Worst upgrade EVAH. Battery life is terrible. Memory drops far quicker. No faster than .132. Color palette is still incomplete. Media Player still mutes music upon song change (it does this with or w/o headphones). Accelerometer is same. Plus I have had a few random re-boots.
