Theres quite a few threads for .109. The best thing would be to have a read as different people have slightly different experiences.

Overall I think .109 is faster with regards to performance with switching between applications, less screen lag when rotating the screen from portrait to landscape etc.

But, what I would advise is the best way to find out is update and find out for yourself. I think its a GOOD idea to upgrade, and only wish that more updates leak.

I just went to .109 from .75 and its a huge difference. in speed and overall performance from what i've noticed

You do realize that the 95xx means any device in the 9500 series, and doesnt necessarily indicate anything past the 9520.
