Actually, no. You just needed to give the phone enough time to request the service books to be sent down to it again. (Usually happens on the first full start of the phone after the OS is updated. This is why it's slow for a few seconds after the very first start when it's on the home screen and you see data going back and forth.)
I had the same issue when upgrading to .90 and then I thought about what Civic just posted. He is correct. It should be there once the phone has time to catch up and fully boot.
