    Silly question...if it's already been answered, I apologize....


    I plugged in the wired headset and expected to be able to hear my music...

    The music kept playing though the speakers on the storm...

    How do I get the wired headset to work?

    It should just work, sounds silly but make sure its plugged all the way in. Mine works no problem

    make sure its plugged in all the way. like the other guy said. other wise check settings see if there is a on off for the head set maybe. or you have something broken inside there.

    Verizon resolved the issue - the heasdset was broken...they replaced it w/o issue
