i have a verizon unlocked blackberry storm using it in dubai with etisalat, working perfect! howeverrr.. if i wana wipe the phone.. will it still be unlocked to all gsm?

Unlocking is permanent. Once unlocked always unlocked.

ok.. can anyone give me a screen shot of how the blackberry storm 9530 "about" page looks like.. coz i think i am missing a software in it .. just to double check.. i do all updates officially through desktop manager.. so i have the .75 os

I unlock my Storm on Nov 25...since then I did 2 wipes with JL_Cmder and upgrades to .75, .83 and now to .85. this has NO influence over the the lock of the phone on the network.
So, go ahead and wipe it, your device will be fine.
