So yeah i have alot of dust particles under my screen and i was wondering if a static duster from office depot or where ever will work to get out the dust under my screen...or atleast move it to the sides to where i cant see them.

I remember seeing a thread addressing this not too long ago in which the poster discussed the prospect of a microfiber cloth doing something similar.
