Can you help with the following: I bought my Blackberry Storm 9530 last year and have been using with Tmobile with no problems. I recently went to a different country and 2 days after I came back my data is not working properly. The EDGE is lowercase. I tried resetting the phone and updating the service books. Nothing! I called Verizon as my last option and they said the ESN was bad. Does this mean I'm completely f#$#ked??

There are plenty of threads on this topic already. There has been a problem with this since around June 11th. Do a search on here and I'm sure you'll find a thread that will help you.
