I have a Mac and my Storm will be here on Thursday. Will DM work if I use Parallels to run Windows?

    I tried a search but I couldn't find it.

    Thanks.

I have a MacBook Pro running Parallels. When I first tried it, I could not get the Windows desktop to sync with my Storm. I then saw that there was an update available for Parallels. Version 4.0. I installed the update, and now BB Desktop Manager works fine. No sync or communication issues.

I use Parallels on my Mac. No problems backing up, or upgrading my Curve or my Bold.

Also, be sure to check out PocketMac... It's free and will sync your BB with iCal, iTunes, iPhoto, Address Book, etc. You will still need the windows side to updrade the OS though :P

I've been using VMWare Fusion to run Windows XP on my iMac and it works great. No problems with DM synching or upgrading software at all. I would think that Parallels would be the same.
