Ok new to all this, but after looking at a few diff posts on CB, i have noticed ppl talkng about wireless conections and using thier blackberry, now is this their storm or other devices, as i knwo that us poor souls on UK Vodacrap do not have Wifi on theirs, so am wondering if it is only the 9520 that has it and the 9500/9530 do not. as to be honest i do miss my wireless i had on my N95
Can someone put me out of my misery?
I know my 9530 does not have wifi and im 99.9% sure the 9500 does not either.
But with verizon here in the northeast you really dont need wifi for anything.
the 9520 will have wifi and will be available on rogers in canada and will function unlocked on at&t
the 9500 and 9530 do not have wifi though i wish they did

it is just that i saw on the modified theme for 9500/9530 also a few posts about this and that, i wanted to make sure there was no hidden wireless i had not come across. o well here is to hunting down more stable firmware
There is an option to upgrade to wireless on the 9530, but it doesn't work. I wonder if someone can hack it and unlock the wifi
WiFi is said to be absolutely un-available on the 9530. Some geniuses in the know said that was a rumor based on the 9520, but the 9530/9500 lack the ability even to unlock it. So it was nothing but a rumor. The new themes you see with WiFi on the storm... it's just a feature of the App maker that the icon is there by default.
the 9530 doesnt have a wireless antenna built into it at all
