is it true that the thunder wont be available for t mobile? do you think unlocking would be possible?

The Thunder is the Storm's GSM counterpart.

Storm = 9530 CDMA device
Thunder = 9500 GSM device

The good thing about the Storm is that it is actually a hybrid device that will work on both GSM and CDMA bands. So fear not.

For someone on T-Mobile it probably won't make a difference since they won't be able to use 3G (unless the 9500 really does come with WiFi and the 9530 does not)

EDIT: Both versions should work on T-Mobile
EDIT: ...and they are both referred to as Storm (Thunder was internal codename)
