Thanks. I also found the problem. It seems the bottom part of the screen got pushed in cut when I apply little pressure to the top part of the screen without actually clicking it the rest clicks just like it did before

If not scratched or dented and you start having problems call them and say you are having some sort of issue with the phone and get a replacement.
