If only they'd released the Bold with the Niagra's form factor, I'd keep my Storm but trade out my AT&T 8820 that I have for work. I probably won't swap out my Storm for a 9630, though.

Was tempted to get a curve but Im just going to wait. My work BB is an 8700G and I like typing on that and it works really well even though it's almost ancient.
That's the good thing about the older berries, they just worked. The 1st few blackberries I had for business all just worked. I never updated the OS, I never installed leaks, I never did battery pulls, just charge it and go.

You got it bro. Nothing fancy and that's all I really need for work anyway. Never had a problem and our IT guys are never asking to update the software on it. But the man DNA in me always wants something new and cool!

I'll stick with my storm. that said IF at my next NE2 they offer a phoen with the Storms screen real estate & a slide out hard keyboard I might take that over a "Storm 2 or 3" without a keyboard.

There are just some situations where the tactile feedback of where the keys are located is quite useful

Show of hands. Who else started with a 957? Before most consumers even knew what a BlackBerry was?

I will think about it, but I would need to keep the Storm or get something else with an accelerometer. Yes, that's actually an important feature for me as I plan to use Dynolicious when available. Have it already on the iPhone, but I can never get my hands on it! Guess I could just deactivate the Storm and not use it as a communications device. We'll see. There's probably a better chance I will end up with a Bold so we can have two phones on the same carrier (AT$T), unless Verizon gets a new Apple phone of some sort this year. That would solve all our problems.

Now that is old school, my 1st corporate Blackberry was the 5810. I was still rockin a Motorola two-way pager in the 957 days.

I came late to the party and started with a 7290, great BB thou. Another classic, like the 950 series.
