What a rough day; I have been getting calls all day regarding this matter.
All I can say as the CEO of VZW we will do our best to treat everyone
fairly. Also just so u know; I leaked the phone in an effort to save money
on our advertising budget. Yes I admit it may have been a cheap
ploy but as a result the new Storm will more than likely be huge.
Now please no pm's just know that all of our valued cutomers will be
treated fairly.

I just called and asked about a discount for Storm 1 owners and the CSR said, "What's a Storm?" They're already abandoning us!!!
