Great device and great service = no failure. What is your reasoning in calling it an "Epic Failure"? I have not had a single issue. If I did have a problem I know that everyone here is available to help not to mention all the posted information, tips and trucks, and other help also know the if there was a hardware issue with my device VZW would take care of it. Remember this was RIM's first entry into a new technology and 1st gen devices are always gonna hae some issues.

I refuse to vote on this nonsense, Verizon is being super picky so as not to have all 10 million storm users calling support screaming about another whack a$$ OS update, Rim is hard pressed to meet the constant challenges, but at least allow leaks of the more stable beta out of the bag once in awhile to keep those of us who aren't scurd of doing an update content for the time being, and enjoy greater functionality... **** if you ask me both are doing fine at what they are doing so far, and neither have failed us at all... this post is an EPIC FAILURE...

nope, that would be silly. i would at least try to search first though. if you haven't already noticed, there are a lot of "passionate" people here who get easily irritated about nothing and like to take it out on people like you. guess it makes them feel better about themselves. personally, i don't really care.
