I am ready for a S3 .. don't get me wrong I love my S2 but RIM is slacking on the hardware side. They need to pick it up and make the S3 bigger better badder than any smart phone out there.. . I think we need to let RIM know we need a new Storm now ..

There is no reason why we should not get a S3 in the next few months. I hope they will put a much bigger screen on it. maybe a 4" since if they eliminate some of the junk on the bottom of the phone, they could really just about do it now on the size phone.

Like many non-iphone users, I get sick of seeing EVERYTHING compared to the iphone, and people lamenting that their phone isn't a Jesus phone. They should just buy one and leave the rest of us alone, already!

I'm a Pagan (actually a Quabalist), so a Jesus Phone won't work for me. I too am thinking of the S4, set to release in Nov. of 2012. I'm told the user interface will be as simple as the I-phone 3G, ands as powerful as the HTC HD4. Though it still won't have flash, or play ringtones and alerts through the headset. It will however still have download limits and truncate e-mail to preserve bandwidth, because by 2012 we will have run out of available bandwidth and internet traffic will need to be guided through the 4th dimension.

I'd think it's a little too early for S2 users to be thinking about the S3. They should be waiting for OS6. It looks like it'll bring a lot to the table.

IF it had a decent speaker, had BBM, had a removable battery, AND was on Verizon, I MIGHT consider it. Otherwise, for all it's pluses, there are quite a few minuses for me. But I must admit the i4 is a great upgrade for jesus phone users!
