tried that but it only turns on noises for the send/bb menu/escape/end call keys..still don't have sound when I'm typing an sms..and even so the click sound on the bottom keys is not the same as in the video
Actually it does work,I just turned on my key tone and it actually clicks when I'm typing a sms.Are you sure you saved the changes when you went in and turned the keytone on?
yes saved changes, and it shows key tone as "on" when I go back into it...any idea what I'm doing wrong? And your key tone sounds exactly like the one in the video?
So if this is the normal sound that turning key tones on should produce, my problem is not finding the sound but getting my actual key tones to work..any suggestions?

you posted this in the storm 1 subforum, but have links to storm 2 videos, don't know which you have, but on my storm 1, I get the keytone every time I click on anything. Also, the keytone I get is a short electronic beep, not the click like in the video. If I had keytone on I'd rather have the click, but can't find any setting to change the keytone sounds. Maybe we don't get that on storm 1's because the screen is "clicktastic"
