i was re-reading over my storm book and it says that a 3G icon will show up when there is 3g service. so where is the 3g
all i have ever had is 1xev or less and i states very clearly that it will say 3G if it is in 3G area

Haha, ain't that the truth.

Although I think the 3G icon is alot sharper than the "1XEV" icon. Notice how it's only been referred to "3G" in the past 2 years? I remember when it was just EVDO, etc. Not all this 3G catchphrase.
